Position Overview: Creaform Deutschland GmbH is seeking a dedicated Client Support Advisor to enhance our Customer Service Department. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in guiding customers through their interactions with our company, particularly focusing on after-sales service requirements. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding customer relationships, ensuring they receive expert advice on our comprehensive range of service products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate a seamless customer experience for all users of Creaform products and technologies.
- Collaborate closely with clients to optimize their use of our extensive customer service offerings.
- Proactively follow up with existing customers to ensure effective utilization of their service programs and anticipate future service needs.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce our customer service product range.
- Participate in regular account evaluations and share pertinent customer insights.
- Forecast and monitor direct sales activities.
- Assist in managing and following up on major accounts for tailored proposals.
- Oversee daily sales operations, including order entry and customer management within our CRM system (quote development, opportunity tracking, order entry and confirmation, credit investigation, customer creation, etc.).
Candidate Profile:
- Bilingual in French and English (Spanish proficiency is a plus).
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service or customer loyalty roles.
- Strong foundational knowledge and aptitude for learning various software and computer tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player with a positive attitude.
- Proficient in administrative tasks and data analysis.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in French and/or Spanish is advantageous.
- Experience in customer service within the metrology or manufacturing sectors.
- Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, proactive, and adaptable.
