Job Summary

101 Radiator Timmins Ltd. is seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify and repair mechanical issues, ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve complex mechanical problems, minimizing downtime and ensuring optimal vehicle performance.
  • Parts and Labour Estimation: Accurately estimate parts and labour costs for repairs and maintenance, ensuring transparency and fairness in our business practices.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our maintenance team to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Possess a Registered Apprenticeship certificate and relevant trade certifications, such as Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 2 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems, diagnostic techniques, and customer service principles.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Accurate, client-focused, dependable, team player, and punctual, with a strong commitment to safety and quality.
