About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Symmetric Machining Ltd. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision parts and components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and Maintain CNC Machines: Set up and operate conventional and computer-controlled machine tools to produce high-precision parts and components.
  • Read and Interpret Engineering Drawings: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to ensure accurate production.
  • Maintain Quality Standards: Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring all parts and components meet specifications and tolerances.
  • Document and Report: Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances, and maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production and meet production deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Ability to work independently, attention to detail, and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Experience with computer numerical control (CNC) machines.
