About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Manager to join our Campaign Management team at Amazon Development Centre Canada ULC. As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for designing and building features that help advertisers maximize their marketing impact on a global scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse set of stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and senior leaders.
  • Own the vision, roadmap, business reporting, and product planning for the Campaign Manager business.
  • Partner with the User Experience group to drive research and design projects that make Campaign Manager easier to use.
  • Diagnose bottlenecks in how peers integrate with your features, helping them move faster and delight more customers.
  • Think through how advertisers use Campaign Manager and propose new experiences that improve their workflows on how they manage and optimize their ads.
About the Team

The Campaign Management team is a tight-knit group of professionals who care deeply about the customer experience and are advocates of what advertisers want and what entails a great user experience. We are entrusted with the biggest application in app console and have a high bar for quality and performance.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
  • 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience leading engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience technical product management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and effectively influence across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
  • Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
