Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

LAKE COUNTRY PIZZA LTD. is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, as well as provide guidance on how to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that their experience is positive and memorable.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on food service operations, including sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:

Our kitchen is a fast-paced environment where you will be working under pressure to meet the demands of a busy restaurant. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours:

This is a permanent position with 32 to 35 hours of work per week.
