LCS Construction Solutions Inc. is seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of construction teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Recruit, train, and manage construction staff, including hiring and staffing decisions.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material ordering and equipment management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and recommend personnel actions as needed.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and other technical documents.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as required.
  • Lead and instruct individuals, including training and development programs.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical documents, including blueprints and drawings.
