About the Role

Lafarge Africa Plc is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Analyst to lead our wellness program and support employee benefits and organizational health initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in evolving our integrated strategy to support a diverse and multigenerational workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Enhance the safety culture of Lafarge by adhering to safety policies and demonstrating support to organizational safety initiatives.
  • Benefits Administration: Proactively identify gaps in processes and make recommendations for improvements to enable efficient benefits delivery, including the ROI of proposed changes.
  • Program Development: Lead revisions of programs to ensure continued support and fulfillment of employee needs by taking an innovative and financially sound approach.
  • Vendor Management: Coordinate with home/auto discount vendors on mailings, work with consultants and vendors on business travel/AD&D renewals, and supervise management of external vendors.
  • Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration, or related field combined with specialized training in benefits administration. Strong preference for bilingualism in French and English. 3-5 years of progressive corporate benefits experience.
