Beverage Artisan

We are seeking a dedicated Café Service Associate to join our team at Conversations Coffee House. This role is essential in providing an exceptional experience for our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our café.

• Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
• Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.

The position is based in a vibrant coffee shop setting, where you will engage with customers and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

• Set tables and bring clean dishes, flatware, and other items to serving areas.
• Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to maintain cleanliness.
• Operate dishwashers for washing dishes, glassware, and flatware.
• Organize and store dishes in designated areas.
• Maintain records of food quantities utilized.
• Package take-out food efficiently.
• Portion and wrap food items as needed.
• Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food items for service.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Ensure the kitchen area is clean and sanitized, including work surfaces, cupboards, and equipment.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and trash appropriately.
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
