Key Responsibilities- Schedule and Coordinate Events: Plan and schedule events, programs, and activities to meet the needs of our members and guests.
- Manage Staff and Volunteers: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our staff and volunteers, ensuring that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
- Monitor Quality and Production: Monitor the quality and production levels of our services and products, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare and submit progress reports and other documentation as required.
- Requisition Materials: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support the operations of the club.
- Resolve Work Problems: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise Equipment and Machinery: Supervise the operation of mechanical equipment and machinery, ensuring that they are properly maintained and used safely.
- Train Staff: Train staff and volunteers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Supervise Office Staff: Supervise the office staff and ensure that they have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. They will be required to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
