Key Responsibilities:

  • Fabricate and assemble parts while ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Follow all safety protocols as mandated by workplace regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting, meeting production timelines and quotas.
  • Operate robotic welding equipment efficiently.
  • Identify and report any inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Complete necessary documentation before the end of each shift.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Physical capability to bend, stretch, and reach with various parts of differing weights.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to retain information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive pay at $18.00/hour.
  • Full-time hours with flexible shift options.
  • Shift premiums for afternoon and midnight shifts.
  • Overtime pay at time and a half after 40 hours.
  • Double time for work on Sundays.
  • Opportunities for overtime available.
