Job Description for Barber at Max Barber

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team at Max Barber. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients.
  • Cut and style hair according to client preferences and instructions.
  • Shave and trim beards and mustaches.
  • Offer additional hair treatments, such as waving, straightening, and tinting, as well as scalp conditioning massages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the storage and ordering of supplies.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in the barbering industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
Working Conditions:

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a standing position for extended periods and maintain a high level of energy and focus throughout the day.
