Plumbing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site assessments, provide accurate repair estimates, and ensure quality service on the first attempt.
  • Install, maintain, and repair various plumbing systems, fixtures, and appliances in residential settings.
  • Prioritize tasks and manage work assignments to meet deadlines effectively.
  • Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and installation in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
  • Comply with all safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Educate customers on proper maintenance and care of plumbing systems.
  • Communicate the benefits of Reliance plumbing solutions during service interactions.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • A proactive approach to personal and professional growth.
  • Mandatory Red Seal or Journeyman License/Certified Plumber and Gas certification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the plumbing industry.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Physical capability to perform all job-related tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities with a focus on problem-solving.
