**Job Summary**
The Occupational Therapist - Rehabilitation Specialist evaluates the functional abilities of users, develops and implements treatment and intervention plans to restore or maintain abilities, and adapts the environment to promote optimal autonomy.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Evaluate user functional abilities and develop treatment plans
- Implement and adapt treatment plans to meet user needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Participate in clinical teaching and education activities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of computer tools and software
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Membership in the Ordre professionnel des ergothérapeutes du Québec
- Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams
- Participation in education or training activities in rehabilitation
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Fluency in English
- Fluency in Cree or French is an asset
