Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumbing Helper to join our team at A 1 Kam Plumbing, Heating and Gas Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will assist our plumbers with various tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Responsibilities
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and tools.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, adhering to safety protocols.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction, under the guidance of experienced tradespersons.
  • Provide support to tradespersons, apprentices, and other workers as directed, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining a high level of productivity and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required, as this will be the primary language used for communication on the job site.
