Your Role:
As a Cosmetics Consultant, you will deliver exceptional and knowledgeable service to our clients in various departments including Colour, Skincare, and Fragrance.

• Client Engagement: Welcome every client with warmth and enthusiasm. Provide informed and courteous assistance to meet their beauty needs. Share your expertise on products and offer personalized makeovers as needed.
• Training & Growth: Ensure that team members receive comprehensive brand training. Seek out additional product knowledge and assist in cross-training fellow consultants.
• Operational Responsibilities: Engage in inventory management and communicate any issues to management. Adhere to sampling policies and stay informed about store events. Participate in initiatives aimed at minimizing loss.

• 1-3 years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders.
