Monzek Consulting is seeking a highly skilled CRM Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of CRM solutions in large, distributed environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing CRM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Architecture: Design and implement CRM solutions that are scalable, secure, and meet the needs of our clients.
- System Design: Lead the conversion of monolithic applications to microservices architectures, ensuring robust integration and security.
- Technical Leadership: Guide teams in adopting modern architecture practices, ensuring compliance with regulations and effective project execution.
- Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, and develop comprehensive architectural deliverables.
Requirements:
- Experience in Converting Monolithic to Microservices Architecture: Demonstrated experience in converting monolithic applications into microservices architecture or a strong understanding of the same.
- Java Backend Experience: Hands-on experience with Java backend development, including working with frameworks, APIs, and integration with various services.
- Hands-on Experience: Proven hands-on experience in solutions design and development, with the ability to implement and manage CRM solutions in large, distributed environments.
- Understanding of System Interfaces: Ability to monitor entire systems, understand all interactions between components at various levels of abstraction, and define limitations and requirements for system interfaces and source code.
- CRM Solution Architecture: Demonstrated experience in leading the development and implementation of CRM solution architectures, with extensive knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, database technologies, and communication protocols.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Java backend development
- 2+ years of experience in solutions design and development
- 2+ years of experience in development and implementation of CRM solution architectures
- 2+ years of experience in converting monolithic to microservices architecture
