Collision Repair Specialist

The Collision Consultant plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service at Birchwood Collision Centre. This position requires building strong relationships, communicating repair needs and costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage phone inquiries, customer walk-ins, and complete necessary paperwork for collision repair orders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their overall satisfaction

- Proven ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and clean driver abstract, with reliable transportation
