Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Services Execution Specialist to join our Supply Chain department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting stock level checks, providing accurate information for shipping plan definition, and ensuring the flow of resources to our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Invoice Management & Control
    • Assist customers with invoicing documents, providing accurate information and revising invoice flow.
    • Issue relevant controls and reports for each invoicing operation.
    • Verify material register at applicable systems.
  • Stock Check & Logistic Plan
    • Monitor customer stock levels and ensure loading/unloading schedules.
    • Perform physical checks at ports and warehouses, as required.
    • Check stock levels at customer warehouses and consolidate information with stock availability at the service base.
    • Perform inventory reconciliation and verify any discrepancies.
    • Verify tube inventory control by tracking movements in the system and identifying deviations.
    • List and detail all materials needed for customer operations and share with the service base to support shipping plans.
    • Analyze loading/unloading programs to optimize time and resources.
    • Take into account customer needs and request tools and materials in advance to avoid process delays.
    • Prepare and issue operative documents for loading/unloading resources in the rig.
    • Support return activities after customer operations by sharing information with the service base.

Requirements

  • A post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, logistics, transportation, and warehouse management.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a strong asset.
  • Good knowledge of software such as SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
