Your Role
We are expanding our CFO and Controller Services division and are in search of a qualified full-time Controller with a recognized accounting designation. A remote work arrangement may be available for candidates within specific provinces.

Our CFO and Controller Services division offers top-tier, in-house finance and accounting solutions to clients across various industries. We deliver a comprehensive range of financial services, including third-party recruitment for finance and accounting positions, outsourcing of finance functions (CFO, Controller, and Bookkeeper services), and business advisory solutions.
As a Controller for our clients, your responsibilities will include:
Conducting budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis. Preparing period-end financial reports and working papers for assigned clients. Overseeing financial management. Ensuring the integrity of the accounting system and its inputs. Implementing and monitoring a robust control environment. Managing client relationships. Supervising and mentoring accounting teams. Performing ad hoc tasks as needed.How do we measure success in your role?

Required: Accounting Designation. 3 – 5 years of progressive experience in accounting. Previous experience as a controller or in advisory roles is advantageous. Experience in an accounting firm is a plus. Advanced knowledge of accounting systems is beneficial. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Willingness to travel to client locations.
