Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Receptionist to join our team at Nice Nails Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients, respond to inquiries, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and provide information to clients and staff.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train or equivalent experience.
  • Personal Suitability: Organized, team player, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
