The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the clinical transformation of the Georgian Bay Information Network (GBIN). This individual will work under the direction of the PMO Director and in partnership with the lead Project Manager to provide project management-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the clinical transformation work plan
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure timely completion
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and status reports
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project scope and objectives are met
  • Provide excellent communication and coordination with project team members
  • Ensure alignment with Brightshores' CARE Behaviours and LEAD Competencies

Requirements

  • Project Management courses
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent clinical or healthcare experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
  • Adherence to Brightshores' policies and procedures
