Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for stakeholders, emphasizing sustainability, diversity & inclusion, and internal communications.
- Cultivate SRTX's employer brand and amplify public relations efforts, including executive branding and enhancing visibility within the investment sector.
- Design and implement proactive communication strategies to position SRTX as a premier technology enterprise and global brand.
- Establish internal protocols for transparency, providing communication guidance, message management, and media training for leadership.
- Monitor and analyze brand awareness metrics to inform future strategic initiatives.
- Transform trend data into engaging narratives while effectively managing corporate reputation, crisis, and risk.
- Innovate and take calculated risks to foster significant awareness and engagement.
- Develop a visionary global communication strategy to broaden SRTX's reach through earned media.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience in communications or a related field.
- Strong project management and collaborative skills.
