The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Design Specialist to join our Client Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and designing new courses and curriculum based on identified needs, editing and developing existing material, and creating learning experiences and environments for our client services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design new courses and curriculum based on identified needs
  • Edit and develop existing material
  • Create learning experiences and environments for the client services team
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure high-quality training content
  • Manage assigned projects independently, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in training materials or processes
  • Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues through mentoring or training

Requirements

  • Adult Learning Certification
  • Group Benefits Knowledge is an asset
  • Previous experience as a classroom instructor
  • Previous experience in instructional design
  • Familiarity with instructional design tools and technologies
