Requirements

  • Possess an OTL (Other Than Life) license.
  • Hold a post-secondary education in Insurance or a related field (preferred).
  • Have 2-4 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrate strong decision-making skills.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Showcase outstanding organizational, time management, and leadership qualities.
