Position Overview

We are seeking a Home Support Worker to provide essential assistance to clients in their daily activities. This role is crucial in ensuring the well-being and comfort of individuals in need of support.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bedside and personal care to clients.
  • Administer prescribed medications as directed.
  • Assist clients with bathing and maintaining personal hygiene.
  • Encourage and assist clients in regular physical activities, such as walking.
  • Provide feeding assistance or feed clients as necessary.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.
  • Perform personal care tasks to enhance client comfort.
  • Shop for groceries and household necessities.
  • Prepare and serve healthy meals tailored to client needs.
Experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Duration: Permanent position.
  • Working Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 36 hours per week.
