Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and team-oriented individual to join our bakery team as a Bakery Assistant. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and packaging of baked goods, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and supporting our machine operators in performing their duties.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation and packaging of baked goods, including measuring and dumping ingredients into mixing and grinding machines.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist process control and machine operators in performing their duties.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically demanding work required.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

Our bakery is a hot and cold/refrigerated environment with dusty conditions. You will be working in a bakery setting with a team-oriented atmosphere.
