Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team at Protrux Systems Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operation.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews and co-ordinate, assign and review work.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
