About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Carpentry Assistant to join our team at RVC Forming. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from project sites.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in erecting and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades.
  • Medical Support: Provide assistance to the medical examiner in charge as needed.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites.
  • Framing and Construction: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Demolition: Assist in demolishing buildings.
  • Cleanup: Clean and pile salvaged materials, and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Site Maintenance: Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and direct traffic at or near construction sites.
