About the Role

Cayden's Premier Care Home Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer Medications: Safely administer medications to clients as prescribed by their healthcare providers.
  • Assist with Personal Hygiene: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene to promote their independence and dignity.
  • Provide Personal Care: Provide personal care to clients, including assistance with feeding, toileting, and mobility.
  • Prepare Nutritious Meals: Prepare and serve nutritious meals to clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Perform Light Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment for clients.
  • Assist with Daily Tasks: Assist clients with daily tasks, such as laundry, grocery shopping, and errands.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
