We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking pizzas to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Determine the size of food portions and costs, requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas, train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and manage kitchen operations.
- Supply Chain Management: Order supplies and equipment, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
- Team Leadership: Train and develop staff, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with repetitive tasks, and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
