About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Processing Associate at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). In this position, you will be responsible for processing personal lines data for multiple branches, building relationships, and supporting our personal lines teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process personal lines renewals, endorsements, new business, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service to our personal lines sales teams, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure smooth operations and meet productivity standards
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
