Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the incinerator facilities, ensuring that all personnel are performing their tasks safely and efficiently.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Provide training and guidance to plant personnel on safety procedures and protocols.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a plant or manufacturing environment, with a strong background in safety and compliance.
- Proven track record of improving efficiency and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Knowledge of Hazardous Materials and OSHA Regulations.
- Ability to operate a powered industrial truck, such as a forklift.
