Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team at Leuschen Transportation. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting students to and from school, as well as ensuring the overall well-being of our passengers.

Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all passengers, including children and adults.
  • Monitor and report any incidents or accidents that occur during transportation.
  • Complete logbooks and reports as required.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers using two-way radio systems.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Good driving record.
  • Ability to pass a medical exam.
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Bus Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interactions with passengers, dispatchers, and other drivers. The work schedule will vary, with some flexibility required to accommodate changing transportation needs.
