About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Developer to join our team at ExlService Holdings, Inc. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying software solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop software solutions that meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code that is scalable, secure, and efficient.
  • Work with data integration platforms, such as SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), to integrate data from various sources.
  • Develop and deploy reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software applications.
  • Participate in agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on enterprise applications.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages, including C#, Java, and Python.
  • Experience with data integration platforms, such as SSIS and SSRS.
  • Strong understanding of cloud technologies, including Azure and AWS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with big data tools, such as Hadoop and Spark.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence platforms, such as Tableau.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
