As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing sales orders, coordinating with sales representatives, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and manage sales orders in our system, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Coordinate with sales representatives to confirm delivery information and arrange for product pickup or delivery
- Generate invoices and distribute documentation to relevant departments
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales orders, inventory, and customer information
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and execution of sales orders
- Perform other duties as required to support the sales team and ensure the smooth operation of sales orders
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The position requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
