A3 is a leading provider of automation services in various industries. We are currently seeking an Automation Systems Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and program automation and controls systems using PLC, HMI, Robotic, and SCADA systems
  • Create controls designs and electrical schematics; specify hardware and components
  • Develop PLC code and HMI programs using industry-standard software
  • Implement communication and I/O interfacing between devices and systems
  • Commission automation systems at customer facilities

Essential Skills & Abilities:

Technical Knowledge:

  • Programming PLC & HMIs from different manufacturers
  • Understanding of vision systems, barcode scanners, smart sensors, and welding equipment
  • Knowledge of custom machine building processes and safety standards

Personal Qualities:

  • Positive attitude and effective communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and meet project deadlines
  • Willingness to travel for on-site commissioning
