  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and manage staffing needs effectively.
  • Training: Facilitate training for new and existing employees.
  • Activity Coordination: Schedule and coordinate various operational activities.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise the overall operations of the company.
  • Material Requisition: Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Machine Setup: Set up machines and equipment for production.
  • Project Supervision: Oversee workers and manage projects effectively.
