We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at PBTL Transport Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, organize, and execute logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, providing insights and recommendations to improve logistics operations and reduce costs.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure that equipment and vehicles are in good working condition, minimizing downtime and reducing costs.
  • Problem-Solving and Training: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality, while training workers in duties and policies.
  • Work Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures, coordinating with team members to ensure effective use of resources and minimize conflicts.
  • Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
