Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Repair Specialist to join our team at Midas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance services on various vehicles.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnostics and Repairs
    • Utilize state-of-the-art computer systems to diagnose complex issues
    • Perform repairs and maintenance on various vehicle systems, including tires, brakes, suspension, and engine components
  • Tire and Wheel Services
    • Inspect and repair tires, including balancing and rotation
    • Perform wheel alignments and other related services
  • Vehicle Inspections
    • Conduct thorough visual inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues
    • Perform safety and courtesy inspections to ensure vehicles meet regulatory standards

Qualifications

  • Technical Skills
    • Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance
    • Knowledge of vehicle systems, including brakes, exhaust, suspension, and engine diagnostics
  • Soft Skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong communication and customer service skills

Compensation and Benefits
