Business Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Lawyer to join our team at Morencyavocats. As a Business Lawyer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing transactions, as well as providing expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and transactional law.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage transactions, including due diligence and file management;
- Provide expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and transactional law;
- Draft and review transactional business agreements, including documents related to the purchase and sale of businesses, shareholders' agreements, and commercial contracts;
- Participate in the drafting and preparation of financing documents for mergers and acquisitions;
- Supervise the drafting of share capital structures and corporate and transactional documents.
- Proficiency in legal software;
- Fluency in spoken and written French and English;
- Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information;
- Ability to plan and manage multiple files and deadlines;
- Organizational skills and autonomy;
- Sense of responsibility, speed of execution, and initiative;
