About the Role

At Loblaw Companies, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our Receiver team, you'll play a vital role in receiving and unloading new products in our warehouse and stocking the retail floor. Your contributions will help us build memorable experiences for our customers across Canada.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and organized store environment
  • Receive and unload new shipments efficiently
  • Store inventory in designated areas of the warehouse
  • Stock the retail floor as needed
  • Count and report inventory discrepancies
  • Keep the warehouse organized and tidy
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Support the delivery of promotions and programs
  • Assist customers with general inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized department area
  • Adhere to established health and safety standards

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer inquiries
  • Motivated to learn and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to work various departments and hours, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs and maintain constant mobility throughout the shift
