Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales floor staff.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
