Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Advisor to join our team at Armani Group. As a Client Advisor, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing an exceptional client experience that represents the Armani brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the execution of merchandising and client relationship strategies to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
  • Develop a client base and build strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate with integrity, have a strong team mindset, and be results-driven to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the team.
  • Act as a client advisor, share product knowledge, and provide the highest level of service to customers.
Requirements
  • Preferred retail experience in a similar position.
  • High School diploma/GED preferred.
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills and demonstrated passion for working as a team.
  • Proficiency using technical resources for client outreach, such as CRM, WeChat, etc. preferred.
  • While not required, Mandarin and Cantonese are considered a strong asset.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
