POSITION SUMMARY
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely repair of automotive body damage caused by collision, weather, and other incidents.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide exceptional customer service, greeting clients and coordinating appointments.
Assist the manager with collision repair estimating and ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks.
Communicate effectively with insurance companies regarding estimates and repairs, and follow up on payment for completed repairs.
Assist with managing the shop schedule to ensure efficient use of resources.
Generate weekly status reports to provide updates to management and insurance partners.
Order, receive, and organize parts as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS
An interest in automotive body and/or mechanical repair is considered an asset.
Post-secondary education is required.
Experience with Audatex and/or Mitchell estimating programs is considered an asset.
Experience with Progi-sync is considered an asset.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.
Ability to complete required administrative duties accurately and efficiently.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment to achieve common goals.
Valid driver's license.
