Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Sky Mart Inc. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped to meet customer needs.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure that they are knowledgeable about our products and services.
- Order merchandise and authorize the return of unsold items to maintain an efficient inventory.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that our store is staffed appropriately to meet customer demand.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform our store operations strategy.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

SupervisionYou will be supervising 1 to 2 people, including cashiers, retail salespersons, and sales clerks. You will be responsible for ensuring that our sales staff are properly trained and equipped to meet customer needs.

You will be working 32 to 40 hours per week, depending on the needs of our store.
