About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pipeline Supervisor to join our team at Nabolsy Contracting Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of pipelines and ensuring that all work is carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems to plan and coordinate pipeline projects
  • Prepare production and other reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions to ensure the right people are in the right roles
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other project supervisors or managers to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and deadlines
  • Recommend personnel actions to support the growth and development of the team
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support pipeline operations
  • Train or arrange for training to upskill the team and improve performance
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other computer software systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues
