About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interior Finish Carpenter to join our team at Boway Construction Ltd. As an Interior Finish Carpenter, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of interior finishing work on our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements and ensure that all interior finishing work is completed to the highest standard.
  • Measure and Cut Materials: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to ensure precise fit and finish.
  • Prepare Tenders and Quotations: Prepare tenders and quotations for interior finishing projects, taking into account all relevant factors, including materials, labor, and timelines.
  • Install Windows, Doors, and Stairs: Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware to ensure a seamless and high-quality finish.
  • Schedule and Coordinate Work: Schedule and coordinate work on sites to ensure that all interior finishing work is completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Maintain and Repair Residences: Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments to ensure a safe and functional environment.
