Job Title: Business Intelligence Specialist

Ramp Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. As a Business Intelligence Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confer with clients to identify requirements and provide ongoing support
  • Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
  • Plan and direct market research studies to gather insights and inform business decisions
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and patterns
  • Collect and document user's requirements to ensure accurate data collection
  • Lead and co-ordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems
  • Research technical information to design, develop and test computer-based systems
  • Evaluate user feedback to improve system performance and reliability
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
