We are seeking a skilled Prep Cook Specialist to join our culinary team at Lone Star Texas Grill. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare a variety of dishes, including house-made sauces, soups, and salads, to meet the demands of our fast-paced kitchen.
- Work collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of ingredients to ensure we have the necessary supplies to meet our menu demands.
- Participate in menu planning and development to ensure our dishes are creative, delicious, and meet the expectations of our guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or food service setting.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic kitchen environment.
