Print Production Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Printing Supervisor to join our team at Delite Promotional Products. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the printing process, ensuring high-quality output, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the printing process, ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Review and approve print proofs and samples to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to meet production deadlines.
- Establish methods to improve productivity and product quality.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Mandarin.
- Attention to detail.

- Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
- Provides diversity and cross-cultural training to create a welcoming work environment for members of visible minorities.
